In the night from Sunday to Monday, a caravan at a site on Graswalseweg in Asperen was completely destroyed by fire. The report came in around 23:30, and by the time firefighters arrived, the caravan was fully engulfed in flames. Several ambulances and a trauma helicopter were called out. It is unclear whether anyone was inside and whether there are casualties. The cause is under investigation.
