The municipality of Cortaderas will hold its first motorhome gathering on 5 and 6 December at the Piscu Yaco reservoir. The initiative aims to attract travellers in motorhomes, camper vans and caravans and to diversify the town's tourism offer. A maximum of 25 vehicles with facilities will be admitted to the first edition. Applicants must complete an online form with personal data, vehicle dimensions, number of occupants and technical requirements for the stay. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place; the municipality will contact applicants via WhatsApp to confirm availability and formalise bookings. The local government expects to repeat the event annually and add it to the region's tourism calendar.
