Brazilian manufacturer Easy Trailers has completed the T900 Special Project, a custom-built luxury travel trailer. The 9-meter-long, 2.3-meter-wide trailer (expanding to 2.9 meters) features two slide-outs, two bathrooms, a kitchen with appliances, and Alexa voice control. Weighing 4,940 kg, it is designed to be towed by a RAM pickup truck. The price has not been disclosed, but one website listed it for 1 million Brazilian reals (about 193,000 USD).

Easy Trailers T900 caravan: a mobile mansion with two bathrooms and smart automation

Brazilian company Easy Trailers has built a one-off T900 caravan for a client passionate about American RVs. The caravan measures about 9 meters in length, expands from 2.3 to 2.9 meters in width via two slide-outs, and offers an interior area ranging from 20.7 to 23.4 square meters. It features two bathrooms, a master suite with a king-size bed, a kitchen with domestic appliances, and smart home automation controlled by Alexa. The caravan is equipped with three solar panels, a 240 Ah lithium battery, and water tanks totaling approximately 560 liters. The price was around 1,000,000 Brazilian reais.

Barretos camping becomes a party within the party

The Barretos camping, located within the Parque do Peão, has evolved into a full-fledged part of the festival, attracting around 20,000 visitors. This year, organizers are offering new accommodation options, including Reserva Barretos cabins and Vila Barretos Aura Trip glamping, as well as over 40 exclusive shows on a dedicated stage. According to festival president Jeronimo Luiz Muzeti, about 30% of camping sales are to first-time visitors to Barretos.

Five options for homes on wheels cheaper than a luxury SUV in Brazil

In Brazil, five options for homes on wheels are presented, costing less than 400,000 Brazilian reais — the price of a new luxury SUV. Among them are a used Karmann Ghia Safari for 80,000–150,000 reais, a new trailer from 50,000 reais, a pickup camper from 100,000 reais, a converted van (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Fiat Ducato) for 200,000–350,000 reais, and a used motorhome from well-known manufacturers (Motor Trailer, Estrella Mobil, Turiscar) for under 400,000 reais. The caravanning market in the country is actively growing.

Volvo 540 converted into Yellowstone-style motorhome

A Volvo 540 truck, previously used for heavy haulage, has been transformed into a luxury motorhome in Brazil. The owner, a businessman from Montenegro, drove about 3,000 km to Luís Eduardo Magalhães to present the vehicle at the Bahia Farm Show. The interior features wooden trim, two bathrooms, an office, a bedroom with slide-outs, a kitchen and a barbecue area. The motorhome is equipped with hydraulic leveling, a water tank of 800–1,000 liters, a generator and Starlink satellite internet. The conversion cost has not been disclosed.

Luxury motorhome with 29 m² on a 4×4 truck

Brazilian architecture firm Freijó Arquitetura completed a motorhome project in 2023 based on a 4×4 truck. The 29-square-meter interior includes a living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The design focuses on furniture stability against movement and chassis torsion, as well as a drainage system that works on any incline. The motorhome features solar panels, automation, and UV water treatment.

Couple turns bus into motorhome with pool and balcony

Brazilian couple Marta and Junior converted a two-story bus into a motorhome named Arara Azul Motor Home. It features a pool with LED lighting, a balcony, a kitchen with five burners, a bathtub, and space for up to four bedrooms. The vehicle is equipped with solar panels and Starlink internet. The couple has been traveling since 2018 and has visited about 70% of Brazil, as well as Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, and Bolivia. The construction cost was not disclosed.

Arraiá festival brings together trailer and motorhome enthusiasts in Serra

The Arraiá Capuba TOCA festival took place this weekend at Capuba Camping in Serra, Espírito Santo, organized by the Capixaba Association of Recreation Vehicle Owners (TOCA). The event gathered owners of travel trailers, motorhomes, and tents from various cities in the state and beyond. The program included forró and sertanejo shows, typical food, and children's activities. Attendees were also encouraged to donate 1 kg of rice, 1 kg of beans, or 1 liter of oil to the Fundação Beneficente Praia do Canto, which supports over 250 children.

Couple reaches Amapá by motorhome after journey from Santarém

A Brazilian couple traveling the world in a motorhome arrived in Macapá after three days on the road. The route began in Santarém, Pará, included a ferry crossing and passed through a road crossing the Amazon rainforest. The motorhome rental market in Brazil is expanding, allowing families and couples to try the 'home on wheels' lifestyle before buying. Wohnmobil Motorhome Brasil in Brusque has seen increased demand since the pandemic, offering six motorhomes and trailers for rent, with plans to expand to ten units by year-end. Renters need a category B driver's license and advance booking; vehicles accommodate three to six people and come with a kitchen, air conditioning, toilet, solar panels, and lithium batteries.

Gusttavo Lima rents motorhome for Barretos 2026

Brazilian singer Gusttavo Lima, appointed ambassador of the 71st Festa do Peão de Barretos, has rented a motorhome to stay at the Parque do Peão from August 22 to 29, 2026. Instead of hotels, he chose a mobile home with kitchen, bathroom and living area to stay close to the stage and ensure privacy. Lima will perform two shows and join the cavalcade on August 25, returning to the event after a three-year hiatus. He previously used a motorhome during a family trip to the US in 2025.
