The owners of the award-winning Love2Stay site in Shrewsbury, which opened in 2017 and added glamping lodges in 2021, plan to convert it into a care village. They cited a significant national decline in touring caravan demand, making the site's key component unviable. The site features an open-air cold water swimming pool, saunas, hot tubs, an assault course, kayaking, and a woodland school. The owners will partner with a local care provider, utilizing existing buildings and landscaping.
