Three public campsites operated by Boeun County in North Chungcheong Province, South Korea, have begun preparations for the autumn peak season. After opening in March following the winter closure, they welcomed about 8,000 visitors over four months. With the recent easing of the heat wave, bookings for Friday and Saturday have reached 100%. The county has strengthened facility inspections, including children's play areas and convenience facilities, and is preparing agricultural experience programs such as corn and sweet potato harvesting. Weekend rates are 55,000 won for an auto camp, 60,000 won for a caravan, and 250,000 won for glamping.
