Following an $18 million renovation completed earlier this year, Lake Lurleen State Park in Coker, Alabama, offers upgraded campsites for football fans. All 67 campsites were rebuilt with resurfaced pads, upgraded electrical service and new water and sewer connections; nine new bathhouses feature private showers and climate control, plus a new camp store, improved boat launch, expanded Wi-Fi and paved roads. The park is 15 miles from Tuscaloosa and has availability for remaining Alabama football weekends.
