TV Kumamoto has announced the fifth season of its program "Camping Car Journey", featuring actor Kohei Takamura and outdoor expert Ken Tanaka travelling by camper. Filming for the new season took place on a route from Uto to Kamiamakusa, with a new cast member added. The show includes searching for the rare Amakusa Daio chicken, tasting seaweed-topped soft serve and local sweets, and cooking camp meals with local ingredients at a seaside campsite.
