On April 29, ACV Automobil-Club Verkehr issued guidelines for towing a caravan with an electric car. Key factors include permissible trailer mass (O.1/O.2), nose weight (item 13) and axle loads. Range with a large caravan can drop by about half due to aerodynamics. Charging requires selecting stations with enough space for the combination. Driving a combination over 3.5 tonnes may require a B96 or BE license.
