The Polish Sejm passed a law exempting passenger cars towing caravans from tolls on national roads when the total permissible mass of the vehicle combination exceeds 3.5 tonnes. Previously, such combinations were treated like trucks and subject to the e-toll system, with fees up to 300 PLN for a route from Krakow to Chłapowo. The change is expected before summer holidays and also applies to foreign vehicles, including Czech ones.
