Carinthia introduces different tourism tax for campsites and hotels

On May 30, 2026, from 11:00 to 19:00, the A13 (Brenner) motorway, B182 road, and L38 road in Tyrol will be fully closed to through traffic due to a demonstration against traffic congestion. Authorities expect over 32,000 vehicles to be unable to pass. Drivers are advised to avoid travel through Tyrol that weekend.
