Ribadeo mayor Dani Vega presented a new ordinance regulating parking and overnight stays for caravans, motorhomes and converted camper vans in an interview with «Desde Aquí». He said the goal is to distinguish between parking and overnight stays, as not all areas are suitable for such vehicles. Vega noted that caravans are seen everywhere along the coast and argued the situation needs regulation under quality tourism criteria. He also announced the Encontro Forestal do Noroeste in Ribadeo, covering employment, the forest sector's economic impact and land management.
