Vöhringer, Motive Development and CityFreighter will unveil a fully electric motorhome at the Caravan Salon 2026 in Düsseldorf (August 28 – September 6), designed for the upcoming European license class B up to 4.25 tons. The demonstrator at the Vöhringer booth is expected to weigh less than 3.5 tons, leaving around 750 kg of payload. With the Evolve platform and Airply technology reducing interior weight by up to 45%, the range exceeds 400 km, and charging from 10% to 80% takes about 20 minutes.

The motorhome parking at Spitzenberg in Bernau in the Black Forest offers 32 pitches at a price of 15 EUR per night in the high season. The visitor's tax for adults and children is included. Water costs 1 EUR per 100 liters, electricity 1 EUR per 4 hours. Disposal of gray water and cassette toilets as well as the use of the toilet are included. Showers are not available. The site is open from early April to the end of October. Wi-Fi and the acceptance of dogs are included. The site is located on the outskirts of Innerlehen and is suitable for motorhomes and caravans. Public transport is within walking distance. The site is mostly level and not shaded. There are guided tours, bicycle and e-bike rental, and a playground. In the surrounding area there are museums, fishing opportunities, hiking and cycling trails, tennis courts, winter hiking trails, ski lifts, and cross-country ski trails.
