Motorhome manufacturers like Chausson and Carado are increasingly focusing on narrower models (slim campers) with a width of about 2.14 m instead of the standard 2.32 m. This shift is driven by growing demand for maneuverability in narrow European villages and mountain roads. However, the improved handling comes at the cost of reduced interior space: aisles, seating area, and bathroom feel more cramped. Prices for such models start at €53,490 (Carado V132) and €59,990 (Chausson), only slightly below full-size versions.
