Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds announced the acquisition of Sandy Pines Campground in Kennebunkport, Maine. The transaction brings the company's portfolio to 40 properties. According to one source, the deal was completed through a court-approved sale process.
The 46-acre campground features 224 sites, including 83 RV sites, 46 tent sites, 66 glamping units, and 29 seasonal park models. Atlantic Hospitality will continue to manage the property through the end of the 2026 season. One source adds that all existing reservations will be honored. Streamside plans to invest in the campground's infrastructure.
