A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge approved the sale of Sandy Pines Campground in Kennebunkport, Maine, to Streamside Parks for $13.5 million. The seller, Atlantic Hospitality, had filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and avoided a foreclosure sale. The campground spans over 46 acres with 268 sites, cottages, a pool, and other amenities. Streamside Parks plans to maintain the current concept without major changes.
