A motorhome caught fire on undeveloped land east of Redmond, Oregon. One person sustained minor burns and a dog was killed. Redmond Fire & Rescue was alerted at about 9:38 a.m. and found the vehicle fully involved in fire. Eleven fire personnel spent 55 minutes containing the blaze and preventing it from spreading to nearby vegetation. The cause remains undetermined; the land is owned by Deschutes County.
