Sandy Pines Campground in Kennebunkport, Maine, is again listed for sale amid Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Owner Sandy Pines LLC reports over $16 million in assets and more than $20 million in liabilities. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved a sealed bid sale format, with a May 27 deadline for bids. The campground still plans to open for the 2026 season on May 30, despite the pending ownership change.
