The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) conducted a Level 2 dealer on-site training session with RV Masters, an RV repair shop in LaPlace, Louisiana, led by trainer Chris Jachim. The Dealer On-Site Training program is available to dealerships registered as Location Subscribers or Authorized Learning Partners+. RV Masters' service team completed 11 weeks of online coursework followed by a week of hands-on instruction. Level 2 training covers troubleshooting and repair of all RV components, including propane, electrical, water, appliances, body, generator, and chassis.
