Caravan trailer crash in Lower Austria leaves two injured

On Saturday, a collision involving a car towing a caravan occurred on the B18 in Lower Austria between Hirtenberg and St. Veit an der Triesting. The car, registered in Poland, carried four people — parents and two children — who were unharmed despite severe front-end damage. Two people in the caravan were injured and taken by Red Cross ambulances to nearby hospitals. The road was fully closed in both directions for about an hour and a half; the Leobersdorf fire brigade used a hookloader crane to assist with recovery, and police deployed a drone for accident mapping.
