Bankruptcy
On Monday, the Feldkirch Regional Court opened insolvency proceedings against Anaya Reisemobile GmbH from Röthis (Vorarlberg). Liabilities amount to around €1.2 million, affecting five employees and 22 creditors. Attorney Bernhard Ess from Feldkirch was appointed as administrator.
Causes
Revenue forecasts for the high season from June to August 2026 were not met. The company could not service current payments, including taxes and wages, nor pay part of the previous restructuring plan.
Timeline
- November 2024: restructuring proceedings opened with debts of around €5 million.
- 3 April 2025: restructuring completed with a 20% quota.
- 13 September 2026: third partial payment of 3.75% not made.
- 27 October 2026: deadline for creditors to file claims.
- 9 November 2026: verification and report meeting.
The company sold and rented motorhomes and caravans, performed repairs, traded accessories and was an official representative of the brands Carado and Hymerⓘ. Further restructuring is not being considered, and the company has agreed to closure.
