Sweden is experiencing a motorhome boom: new registrations increased by over 60% in the first four months of the year compared to the same period last year. The 12th motorhome donation campaign by Lebenshilfe Gießen has concluded, with winners drawn for three main prizes: a 1983 VW Bus T3 Westfalia Club Joker, a 1960 Hymer Eriba Puck caravan, and a Solo Mini Bike 725. In Plettenberg, the Schellhas family has launched a fundraising campaign to convert their 1990s Hymer motorhome for trips with seven-month-old Zoey, who has DiGeorge syndrome. The company claims to offer one of the largest and most diverse selections in the country, with over 800 models in stock. Both brands, founded in 1957, are known for quality and innovation.

German manufacturer Bürstner will completely stop caravan production from the 2027 season, focusing on campers and motorhomes. The decision is due to declining demand for caravans in Europe and Germany. Service and spare parts for existing models will continue.
The second part of Davide and Ketti's motorhome trip through Burgundy-Franche-Comté, Centre-Val de Loire, and Pays de la Loire has been published. Their route in a Hymer Yellowstone included visits to Troyes, Sens, Chartres, Amboise, Chinon, Saumur, Loches, and the troglodyte sites of Goupillières and Louresse-Rochemenier. The total distance covered over 12 days was approximately 2,124 km.
