Russian company Avtokemperprom from Kolomna has started production of the compact HELIX 2200 motorhome based on a VIS 234900 van chassis. The vehicle measures 4950×1760×2530 mm and has a living module weight of 1800 kg. Equipment includes a shower, cassette toilet, 8-litre boiler, 2 kW air heater, Frost air conditioner, gas stove, sink, 60-litre Alpicool refrigerator, 60-litre fresh water and 40-litre waste water tanks, a 100 Ah gel battery and two 180 W solar panels. It is powered by a 64 kW petrol engine at 5100 rpm, paired with a manual gearbox and front-wheel drive. The model is built to order, with price and lead time discussed individually; credit, instalments and leasing are available. The living module cannot be detached from the chassis.
