On the A2 between Montecorvino and Pontecagnano, a campervan hit a guardrail. Five people suffered minor injuries; traffic was disrupted for about an hour.
On the afternoon of August 27, on the A2 del Mediterraneo between the Montecorvino-Pugliano and Pontecagnano junctions in the southbound direction, a campervan crashed into a guardrail. Five people inside were injured, all with minor injuries (bruises) and were taken to hospital by ambulance. The cause of the accident is being established.
Volunteers from Pubblica Assistenza Vopi, police and road maintenance crews (Anas) were on site. Traffic was disrupted for about an hour.
