11 July 2026, A27 near Houten (Netherlands): Around 14:25, a car collided with a caravan. No injuries were reported, but the caravan sustained significant damage.
7 July 2026, Drunen (Belgium): A driver towing a caravan that was reported stolen tried to flee from police. During the chase, he drove at high speed through the city centre, creating several dangerous situations, and rammed a police car. The vehicle then drove onto a dirt road where it got stuck; the driver and a passenger attempted to run away but were arrested. They face charges of attempted murder, receiving stolen goods, and causing danger on the road.
28 June 2026, Delfzijl (Netherlands): Around 4:00 a.m., a tree fell onto a parked car due to strong winds, also damaging a caravan on a driveway and hitting a neighbouring house. No injuries. Specialists removed the tree with a crane. The municipality urged residents to be cautious of falling branches.
