Jordan's Way, a Florida-based nonprofit that raises funds for animal shelters, purchased a motorhome for over $200,000 but was unable to title it due to a $148,000 lien it was unaware of. The dealership, LazyDays, failed to pay off the lien and was subsequently sold to Campers Inn, which declined to assume liability. The nonprofit's claim in liquidation was denied due to insufficient funds.
