Construction of Falls Ranch RV Resort is set to start soon on open land off Jacksboro Highway in Wichita Falls, Texas, near the intersection with Rathgeber Road. The project is estimated to cost $3.5 million and will have 176 RV spots, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Partner Brad K. Rodgers said completion will take six to eight months, depending on weather. The Wichita Falls City Council approved rezoning and a conditional use permit; on Tuesday the council also approved a zoning change for another new RV park at Huntington Lane and Northwest Freeway.
