The Swiss portable toilet Clesana X1 will make its first appearance in Japan at the Japan Camping Car Show 2026, opening January 30 at Makuhari Messe. The CEO of Clesana will conduct a demonstration of the device.
Technology
The toilet requires no water or chemicals, using a special seven-layer film to thermally seal waste. According to independent tests, the film retains odors 600 times better. It operates from various power sources, including a car, and is positioned for motorhomes, emergencies, and care.
