Canadian manufacturer Leisure Travel Vans has introduced the compact Wonder FX motorhome, approximately 25 feet long, built on a Ford Transit chassis. The model features a 3.5-litre EcoBoost V6 petrol engine producing 310 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, a 10-speed automatic transmission, and optional all-wheel drive. The interior offers convertible living spaces: a lounge with dining table by day and a 65x74-inch Murphy bed by night; a kitchen with a two-burner induction cooktop, 12-volt compressor fridge, and folding countertop extension; and a bathroom with a sliding door. The rear area can be configured as a lounge with sofa or as an office with a desk, chair, storage, and dedicated lighting. Climate control includes a Truma Aventa Eco air conditioner powered directly by batteries and a Truma VarioHeat gas furnace.

Traveland RV has expanded its presence on Vancouver Island by acquiring Big Boy's Toys in Nanoose Bay, effective November 1. The new location will offer Jayco-brand travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. This marks the company's second dealership on the island, following its initial acquisition in Cowichan Valley in January 2022.
