Swedish manufacturer Omnia has expanded its line of portable ovens with the Stovetop Pizza Oven, designed for making pizza in a motorhome. The device is compatible with most stovetops and allows cooking pizza without a traditional oven.
The oven has a diameter of 25 cm and a height of 13 cm. According to one source, it features a steel tray and weighs 1.9 kg; according to another, it has a stainless steel tray and weighs 1.85 kg. The recommended price is 99 euros. The manufacturer suggests using about 100 grams of dough per portion, with a cooking time of roughly 8 minutes. Besides pizza, the oven can be used for snacks and mini flammkuchen. Alongside the launch, Omnia published about ten recipes on its website.
