British company Wheelhome has introduced the Dashaway ECT2, a folding mini-caravan that transforms from a trailer into a living space in five minutes. It has a curb weight starting at 370 kg, making it towable by most passenger cars, including electric vehicles. Standard equipment includes an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, sink, portable toilet, a 3 kW lithium battery, and a 200 W solar panel. Price in the UK starts at £19,750 (approx. €23,000); buyers in Germany may face additional import and registration costs.
