The owners of Rosetta Caravan Park in Peebles have responded to concerns about the condition of a listed building, pledging a 'thoughtful and responsible approach' to its preservation. The Category C listed lodge, recognized by Historic Environment Scotland, has slates falling off and a collapsing roof. New operator Eden Resorts stated it is reviewing all aspects of the site, including buildings and infrastructure, to make the right decisions for the park's future and to work positively with the local community.
