The Astorga City Council has published a notice regarding a project submitted by Ireneusz Beyrowski Rompczyk for a camping site on plot 15, polygon 107, in the El Barranco area of Murias de Rechivaldo. The plan includes 30 tent pitches, 78 motorhome spaces, landscaped areas, rest zones with tables, and a children's play area. Two main buildings are proposed: one at the entrance housing reception, a small shop, first aid room, toilet, and storage; the other for general services including toilets, showers, changing rooms, laundry, storage, and technical facilities. The budget is approximately €242,412.78. However, the municipal technical report notes the plot is classified as rustic land, requiring an exceptional use authorization before construction can proceed.
