The Japan RV Association is expanding a network of paid overnight parking facilities for motorhomes and camper vans. A new site in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, offers six spaces with electricity, 24-hour toilets, and waste disposal. The nightly rate starts at 2,500 yen.
