A report has been published on a two-day camper van trip through Yamanashi and Nagano prefectures with overnight stays in the vehicle. The first night was spent at the Shizuoka service area car park on the Shin-Tomei Expressway, which offers 24-hour toilets and shops. The route covered four onsen, including warm-water springs and remote mountain baths. The trip was made in an Elgrand Japan camper van based on a Nissan Elgrand with a wooden interior.
