The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Development Committee has approved the National Trust's application for a change of land use to allow seasonal placement of 20 campervans and five landpods at Gupton Farm, near Freshwater West. The 4.5-hectare site will operate as a seasonal campsite.
The project does not increase overall capacity (50 pitches, 100 people) but reallocates accommodation types in favour of motorhomes. Landpods will be removed from December to February. The decision was made considering the seasonal nature, lack of permanent utilities, and landscape conservation measures.
