The new motorhome stopover in Spinello, inaugurated in mid-July, is now fully operational. Management of the facility has been assigned to Pro Loco Spinello for five years under a concession agreement signed on 17 September. The stopover was built as part of the "Cultural and Social Regeneration of the Municipality of Santa Sofia" project, funded by the EU's Pnrr – Next Generation EU funds for the attractiveness of villages. It offers five pitches, each with parking, a reserved outdoor space and connections to electricity and water; the surrounding green area has been upgraded with benches, picnic tables and sun loungers. The association will handle maintenance of the pitches and service columns.
