The Riverside City Council will review a TIF incentives request for a proposed RV park and waterpark on 60 acres south of Highway 22 at its Monday meeting. The project by Elite Hospitality Group includes 154 RV spots, a 14,000 sq ft clubhouse, and a 70,000 sq ft waterpark resort with pools, a lazy river, and slides. Estimated cost is between $30 and $33 million, with a 15-year TIF proposal covering 100% rebate for years 1–10 and 50% for years 11–15.
