At the rock festival in Seebronn, the campsite remained a hub of celebration despite a reduced program. About half of the 150 camping tickets were returned, but those who came partied from morning until night. Two groups rented a private meadow with a kitchen, shower, fire pit, and DJs, hosting after-parties until the early hours.

Nissan and German camper specialist Eifelland have developed the Interstar-e Relax, an electric camper based on Nissan's large electric van. It will debut at the end of August at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf. Priced at €89,900, it features an 87 kWh battery, a WLTP range of 410 km, DC fast charging up to 130 kW, and a standard 22 kW onboard charger. Inside, there is a fixed double bed (1.9×1.6 m), a kitchen with a 90-litre fridge, induction hob and sink, a toilet, and 2.6 cubic metres of storage. The Truma Eezy parking heater runs off the traction battery, eliminating the need for diesel.

A German company has developed an ultra-light camper trailer that can be towed even by small cars or electric vehicles. It unfolds into a mini-camper in two minutes; price not yet announced.

The TV program 'Vom Transporter zum Camper - Laura und die Wunsch-Wohnmobile' will be broadcast on NDR Fernsehen the day after tomorrow at 18:15. The show focuses on converting vans into campers. No rerun information is currently available.

German manufacturer Vario Mobil has unveiled the luxury camper Vario Perfect 1200 QS Platinum based on the three-axle Mercedes Actros 2553 LLL chassis. The vehicle is 12 meters long, weighs 26 tons, and has a living area of 35 square meters. It features slide-out sections, a garage for a car, a 12.8-liter turbo diesel engine with 530 hp, air suspension, and rear-wheel steering. The interior includes leather, walnut wood, tile flooring, a wide bed, an electrically folding sofa, several TVs, satellite internet, a Bose sound system, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, a shower, a boiler, an auxiliary diesel heater, a 600-liter water tank, and a 450-liter waste tank.
