Loraine and Rob Deering, former Royal Air Force members, invested £126,000 in renovating their home in Dundee, Scotland, but RPM Group Scotland went bankrupt, leaving the project unfinished. Since March 2025, the couple has been living in a caravan and rented accommodations, as the house was deemed uninhabitable due to missing heating, incomplete kitchen and bathroom. Experts estimate less than half of the contracted work was completed, despite the couple paying about 90% of the agreed amount. The company claims additional client requests caused financial difficulties.
