Auto Zeitung tested towing the Fendt Bianco caravan (weighing nearly 1.4 t) with a BMW X3 (about 400 hp) on Tyrolean roads. The route ran from the Ötztal valley to the Kühtai saddle (2020 m) and back towards Innsbruck. Towing requires getting used to the dimensions, but assistance systems such as the Trumaⓘ Smart A mover (optional, €2,158) make maneuvering easier. The caravan offers more living space than a motorhome, and the tow car remains available for independent trips.
