Truma and the RV Technical Institute (RVTI) are continuing their training partnership through 2026. Free two-day courses on Truma's heating, hydronic, cooling, and water-heating systems are held at RVTI's campus in Elkhart, Indiana. Courses are open to everyone without prerequisites, but technicians seeking Level 3 Appliance Specialty credit must already hold Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Attendees earn 16 Continuing Education Credits and fulfill Truma's own training requirements. Remaining dates: Oct. 20-21, Nov. 17-18, Dec. 15-16.

Dethleffs has introduced the Summer Edition 730 FKR caravan, aimed at large families. The model measures 9.45 m in length and 2.50 m in width, with a twin-axle chassis and a body length of 8.15 m. Its MIRO is 1,829 kg and MTPLM is 2,500 kg, giving a payload of 671 kg. The layout features a French bed (2×1.55 m) at the front, a bunk bed in the middle, and a spacious rear lounge convertible into a 2.30×1.55 m bed. From autumn, Dethleffs will add an extra bunk bed, increasing berths from seven to eight. Equipment includes a 137-litre fridge with a 15-litre freezer, a Truma S 5004 gas heater (6 kW), ten 230V sockets, two USB ports, and a 38-litre fresh water tank (15 litres while driving). The starting price is €40,890 at official Dethleffs dealers.

Motorhome-World, based in Atlantis, Cape Town, has unveiled its first motorhome project based on a medium-sized Toyota Coaster bus. The vehicle is designed for two people and features a permanent island bed, a kitchen with a 195-liter two-door refrigerator, a separate shower and toilet, a solar panel of at least 240 W, and a Truma Aventa air conditioning system. The gross vehicle weight is 2,800 kg, with a payload of 1,050 to 1,150 kg. The price is R1.4 million.

The Florium Baxter 69 LJG compact motorhome has been unveiled, based on a Fiat Ducato with a 2.2-litre 140 hp engine. It measures 2.23 m in width and 6.99 m in length. The rear features twin beds and a 2000-litre garage space. Pricing starts at €77,430. Equipment includes a lithium battery, Truma D4 heater and a compressor fridge.

After a cold night, a puddle of water may appear under a camper even if there is no leak. Many campers with a Truma Combi heater have a FrostControl valve that opens automatically at around 3 degrees Celsius and drains water from the boiler to prevent frost damage. In Combi 4 and Combi 6 systems, the water volume is 10 litres. The valve can only be closed manually after the temperature around it rises to about 7 degrees Celsius. The protection does not replace full winterisation: water must still be drained from pipes, taps and the pump.

Tischer has introduced the Box 200 Superlight demountable camper, weighing 530 kg including a filled 50-litre fresh water tank. The camper is designed for heavy modern pickups with low payload and for electric and hybrid pickups. It can be mounted on pickups with a bed length of at least 1.50 m. Interior standing height is 1.95 m, and the alcove bed offers about 70 cm of headroom at its highest point. Equipment includes a two-burner gas hob, a compressor fridge, a Trelino mobile separating toilet, a Truma CombiNeo 4E combined heater, a 100 Ah lithium battery, a 110 W solar panel and a Triple Charger with integrated 30 A booster. The base price is approximately 38,800 euros, rising to between 42,000 and 43,000 euros with options.

Benimar has unveiled the integrated motorhome Amphitryon A981. At 5.98 m long, 2.34 m wide and 2.95 m high, it is the most compact motorhome in its category. Instead of a traditional rear bedroom with a fixed bed, the rear houses a kitchen and bathroom side by side, freeing a continuous living space from the cab to the centre. Sleeping arrangements include a convertible L-shaped lounge (206 x 150/121 cm) and a drop-down bed above the cab (190 x 140 cm). The motorhome is built on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.2-litre diesel engine producing 140 hp (160 and 180 hp options, the latter only with automatic transmission). Equipment includes a two-burner hob, a sink with extendable tap, a 150-litre compressor fridge and a 4,000 W Truma diesel combined heater with altitude kit, controlled via iNet X. Price from €79,900. The absence of a rear garage may limit carrying bulky gear.

On 11 October in Görisried and 17–18 October in Thanners (Immenstadt), Autumn Days 2026 will feature over 50 new and used vehicles, equipment and a family programme.

At the Caravan Salon 2026, Fendt presented the Bianco Activ 560 SKM, a single-axle caravan designed for a family of five. The caravan measures 7.72 m in total length, 2.50 m in width and 2.66 m in height. The MIRO is approximately 1,495 kg, the MTPLM is 1,800 kg, with optional upgrades to 1,900 kg or 2,000 kg. The layout includes a French bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), bunk beds with two berths of 75 cm x 190 cm and an additional berth of 75 cm x 192 cm, plus a convertible central seating area that increases the total number of berths to five. Features include a separate shower cubicle, a kitchen with a three-burner gas hob and a 157-litre compressor fridge, and a Truma Combi 6 gas heating system with a 10-litre water boiler. The base version is priced at €36,090.00 (including 19% VAT, valid for Germany).

Arca has unveiled the America New Deal H 740 GLC motorhome, built on a Fiat Ducato 140 hp base with AL-KO chassis and automatic transmission. The model features a central island bed and a double floor housing a 2,000 W inverter and two 100 Ah lithium batteries. A 180 hp engine option is available for an additional 2,350 euros. Standard equipment includes a 200 W solar panel, a 6 kW Truma Combi diesel heater, and a garage with a 300 kg payload capacity.

Pilote has unveiled its 2027 motorhome lineup. Galaxy integrated models receive a completely redesigned front end with LED headlights in a wide black band connected to the grille, and a rear similar to Atlas profiled models. A reversing camera is now standard. The catalog includes about twenty integrated models in Expression and Evidence trims, plus several on AL-KO chassis, with lengths from 7.11 m to 7.97 m. The G690 D compact model without a permanent bed gets a redesigned dressing area with modular shelves and a 25% increase in storage volume. All models feature compressor refrigerators and a Truma Combi 6 DE hybrid diesel/electric heater; optional lithium batteries of 200 or 300 Ah, a 2000 W inverter and 210 W monocrystalline solar panels are available. A 7-inch multimedia screen is standard.

Autostar unveiled the first camper of its Naeos line, the V 630 G, at a leisure vehicle show. Based on Fiat Ducato, it features a lift bed, automatic transmission and lithium battery. Price: €66,900.

Hobby has cut prices on its narrow semi-integrated Ontour C models by 9,000 euros. The Ontour C 680 GE now starts at 69,990 euros, while the Ontour C 700 GQ starts at 71,990 euros. The HobbyKomplett specification, which includes an awning, heated rear garage, Truma Combi heating and a 133-litre Dometic fridge, remains unchanged. The models use a Citroën Light chassis with 140 hp and front-wheel drive, with a wheelbase of 3.80 metres. The 680 GE measures 6.75 metres and has a running order mass of 3,028 kg; the 700 GQ measures 6.97 metres and weighs 3,084 kg. The 700 GQ has a payload reserve of 81 kg for optional equipment.

German manufacturer Bürstner has expanded its B66 range to three layouts. The new B66 644C features a rear U-shaped lounge that converts into a 156 × 204 cm pop-up bed. The washroom has a Vario pivoting wall, and the fridge has a 135-litre capacity. Standard equipment includes a 140 hp engine with automatic transmission, alloy wheels, Truma Combi 6D heater and a multimedia system with reversing camera. Price: €68,530.

Polish manufacturer BusKamper is expanding its lineup with a version of the Albatros built on the Ford Transit L2H2 chassis. The premiere is scheduled for the Caravans Salon Poland 2026 show in Poznań on 15–18 October. The new version will offer an automatic transmission, an engine displacement of up to 2.0 litres (which maintains a lower excise duty when registered as a camper), and an optional 4×4 drivetrain. The vehicle length does not exceed 5.5 metres. Conversions can be carried out on both new and used chassis. Equipment includes a solar panel with over 400 W output and a Truma Combi 4 gas heater with hot water, powered by an underfloor LPG tank. For registration in Germany, BusKamper has partnered with the DEKRA inspection network.

The Roller Team Zefiro Power Edition has arrived at Spanish dealerships. The motorhome is offered in two interior layouts, both 7.45 m long, on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 140 hp diesel engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission; 160 hp and 180 hp versions are optional. Standard equipment includes two 200 W solar panels with MPPT controllers, two 100 Ah lithium batteries, a Truma Combi 6 diesel heater, a 158-litre compressor fridge, a black awning and the iNEXT X electronic control unit with app control. The starting price is slightly above €81,000 excluding registration tax.

Bontrager Outdoors has introduced the Standard 17FD, a teardrop-style travel trailer. The model sleeps four, measures 5.5 meters in length, weighs 989 kg empty, and has a payload capacity of 511 kg. Standard features include a Truma Combi system, a 12V fridge, an air conditioner, and an outdoor shower. The 2026 model is priced between $15,000 and $17,000.

Italian company Wingamm has unveiled the updated Oasi 540.1 motorhome for 2027. The price is 128,900 dollars (111,741 euros). The body length is 5.42 metres, and the maximum mass is 3,500 kg, allowing it to be driven with a category B licence. Equipment includes a 200 Ah battery, a 130 W solar panel with controller and a 2,000 W inverter, enabling gas-free operation with an induction hob. The chassis is based on the new-generation Fiat Ducato Euro 6D with an automatic gearbox. The monocoque fibreglass body, insulated tanks and Truma Combi diesel heater allow year-round use. The interior offers three sleeping places, a kitchen with a Corian sink and a ceramic toilet.

At the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon, Bimobil unveiled the new EX 270 expedition motorhome based on a Toyota Land Cruiser 79 cab-chassis. The vehicle measures 580 cm in length and 298 cm in height. The module offers three floor plans, sleeps up to four, and includes a 100-L fresh water tank, 67-L gray water tank, 180-Ah dual battery pack, and Truma Combi D heater. Gross vehicle weight is 4,000 kg with 600 kg payload. The show price was €259,769.

German brand Weinsberg has unveiled a new generation of its CaraCompact Edition [Pepper] motorhome, featuring a revised interior layout without increasing external dimensions. The range gains a 580 MEG version measuring 6.38 m; the 600 MF and 600 MEG are 6.75 m long. It offers two longitudinal single beds over two metres long that convert into a King Size sleeping area, a 153-litre compressor fridge (83 litres in the 580 MEG), an extendable kitchen worktop, a swivelling washbasin that turns the washroom into a shower, and a standard Truma Combi 6 heater. Grey water capacity is 95 litres, fresh water ranges from 90 to 110 litres depending on version. Price is around 70,000 euros.
