A mobile clinic based on a camper van has launched in Salento, Italy, to provide free medical care to residents of public housing districts. Organized by Arca Sud Salento and the Caritas Foundation, the service started on May 16 in Lecce. The team includes a doctor, a nurse, and a health worker. The initiative aims to combat health poverty, particularly among elderly people who face mobility issues. Upcoming stops: Squinzano (June 6), Trepuzzi (June 20), and Campi Salentina (July 4).
