In Turin's Mirafiori Sud area, unknown persons set fire to a camper where 49-year-old Alessandro Pettavino had lived for the past 13 months with his dog. According to the victim, it was arson, not an accident. Preliminary reports suggest the cause could be arson.
Aftermath
After losing the camper, the man is forced to sleep in a basement on Via Fleming, where he previously owned an apartment. Local residents organized a fundraiser and donations of clothing, blankets and basic necessities. The main task remains finding permanent housing and work.
