Jenell Jones, 64, retired in 2015 after 26 years working for a Texas county administration, sold her house and moved into a 36-foot (about 11-metre) Class A motorhome. She travels the US without a fixed itinerary and heads the Wandering Individuals Network for solo travellers. In France, a new motorhome costs from 45,000 to 50,000 euros for basic models, 60,000 to 80,000 euros for equipped ones, and over 100,000 euros for an integrated model.
