Chris Miller, 77, from Penrhyndeudraeth, Wales, had lived in a caravan since 2012, without hot water or cooking facilities. After seeking help from Gwynedd council, he was offered a property through a housing association within 95 days and moved into his "forever home" seven months later. Miller's story is featured in the S4C documentary "Am Le i Fyw," which also highlights other clients of the homelessness team, including David, 62, who struggled with unsuitable temporary accommodation and eventually received a bungalow.
