Primrose Valley Holiday Park near Filey, owned by Haven, has proposed opening from 1 February each year, adding 29 operating days annually. The application states no new buildings or increase in caravan numbers. Some residents support the move for its economic and employment benefits, while others cite pressure on infrastructure, the ecosystem and local services. North Yorkshire Council has not set a decision date.
