Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey, North Yorkshire, has submitted a planning application to reduce the number of static caravans from 36 to 21. The move aims to install larger caravans, increasing their size from 12x36 feet to 20x40 feet. Parking spaces will be increased to two per caravan, and six central plots will be replaced with landscaping.
The highways authority has raised no objections, as access to the site will remain unchanged and no increase in traffic is expected. A decision on the application has not yet been made.
