Cubivan Camping System (CCS)
Italian company Cubivan presented the Cubivan Camping System (CCS) at the Caravan Salon show in Düsseldorf in 2026, turning a small van into a camper. The module slides out of the boot, unfolds to a height of 1.90 m and includes a kitchen unit with sink, hob and fridge, plus a toilet and shower. An additional hard module on the roof forms a sleeping area with a 200 × 200 cm mattress.
Availability and price
The system is undergoing certification, with sales planned for 2027. The full kit costs from 22,000 to 25,000 euros, the lower module 16,000–17,000 euros and the roof module 7,000–8,000 euros. The CCS was shown on a Volkswagen ID. Buzz and will be available for Ford Tourneo Custom, Volkswagen Caravelle and Mercedes Vito.
