Rossmönster has introduced the Loft, a Class B expedition camper built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 AWD chassis with a 144-inch wheelbase and an overall length just over 6 meters. It is the first American camper with a body made as a single vacuum-infused fiberglass composite shell rather than assembled from panels. This design reduces weight and improves insulation and sealing.
Inside, there is a queen-size lift bed, a kitchen with an induction cooktop and a 130-liter refrigerator, and a Rain Room shower with toilet. Off-grid capability comes from a 1000 Ah lithium battery, a 3000 W inverter, 440 W solar panels, and a diesel hydronic heating system with heated floors. Fresh water capacity is 151 L, grey water 91 L.
Starting price is reported as about 249 000 € by one source and $285–290 thousand by others. Orders are open; public debut is planned at Overland Expo Pacific Northwest.
