Comanche Petit
The Spanish company Comanche has presented the Petit folding camping trailer with a dry weight from 180 kg. When folded, its height is comparable to the level of the tow hitch. The design, based on a folding tent, unfolds in about 5 minutes into a sleeping area for two and a common area; with an additional bed it accommodates up to four people.
The standard equipment includes a mattress for two and support poles; there is no power supply, air conditioning, water supply or lighting. A fibreglass compartment is provided at the front. The fabric body is suitable for warm weather; if folded in rain, drying is required.
The price ranges from 4,250 to over 5,000 euros, excluding additional camping equipment. The trailer can be towed by a passenger car or moved manually; according to source 2, also by motorcycle or electric bicycle.
